Chocolate Fudge Cookies
I can’t believe Christmas is just around the corner; I need to start baking! If you are short on time like many of us are I have the easiest chocolate fudge cookie recipe for you! These will definitely melt in your mouth and please the crowds.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 18.25 ounce package devil’s food cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
- Powdered Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs and oil until well blended. These cookies are rich enough so if you would like you can fold in the chocolate chips but they are completely optional. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls. Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes. Let cool on a baking rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
