How To Give Your Home A French Country Look
This is a sponsored post written for Antique Farmhouse, as always all opinions are 100% my own and honest!
Something about a farmhouse with a French country look has always drawn me in. Maybe it’s the Provence, French country design mixed with distressed wood, soft lighting and rustic hardware mixed with beautiful ruffles that excites me. Here in the suburbs we don’t have farmhouses surrounding us but there are some definite ways to create this elegant but comfortable style in your own home.

Love those lanterns- so pretty!
Love that metal rolling cart!
There are so many choices! The cart would have to be my favorite, though.
French country style is so pretty. I like how it mixes well with other looks, like industrial or shabby chic. Love the infographics – super helpful!
Such beautiful ideas! I love this look so much.
Oh my gosh, I am in love with that double layered wire rolling cart!!
Love all the information in the graphic! Thank you for making it so simple and easy to see the differences in the different regions.
What is a “rod iron” chandelier? Do you mean “wrought iron?”
Yes, so sorry about that! I wish the typo was in text vs. the graphic, it would be so much easier to change.
Love your ideas and photos. But, just so you know. . . it’s WROUGHT IRON, not rod iron. Please make the correction on your graphic and any where else you may have made that mistake. I’m sure it was just an oversight.
Thank you Mary Claire! I’ve noticed that and my original was made on my old computer that crashed. I’m trying to get tricky so I don’t need to redo the whole graphic 🙂
