Home Tour #3
It is raining here today with a little bit of thunder, I love it! I’m drinking my hot tea, listening to tunes and have my pumpkin scent in the background, pure bliss! I thought it would be fun to share the last of the three models we looked at last month. I’ve been super swamped with a ton of work from my mom and grandmother. I love the fact that I can help them but I can’t wait to get back into project mode!
~Enjoy~
Love the open feel
Black and white can be difficult to pull off throughout the whole home but I have to say they did a fabulous job, I loved touring this home!
Thank you for sharing! You just helped me pick out the color for our interior walls. 🙂
Love your blog!
Seriously! I’d like to know the color they used in that open dining room.(4th photo from the top)
We toured one close to Upland, Ca once that was black, white and red. It was THE most fabulous home. Tons of white wood work and brick flooring on the lower level. Sublime. I will never forget it!! I tried to talk my hubby into brick flooring after that… lol. After all, he was a mason. He said NO. Good thing too, we sold that house after 2 years. Don’t tell him I said that though! It was a fantastic planned development and all the models were really different. Great elevations! Really different.
How completely gorgeous!!!
I think think the black and white model looks great and yes black and white is hard to pull off in the entire home. As a Home Stager/Decorator, I’m surprised they didn’t incorporate a bit more color though I have to say with the bits they did incorporate, they really did accomplish a cozy, warm feel even without the addition of more color-thanks for sharing! 🙂
Love!
I love black & white…and I have a lot of it. I do add red and a few other colorful accents.
How pretty – that staircase and bannister is a stunner. So unique! Thanks for sharing….I love home tours!
I have that same bed…and I love it! Of course, I got mine in the Ikea scratch and dent section and haven’t had time to get the rails haha. So it’s just propped up. Love your table runner too! XO
