Apples 5 Cents Free printable and Vignette

Hi friends and welcome, today is all about APPLES and a free printable with vignette! I am so excited to be participating in the fall printable hop hosted by my sweet friend Kristen from Ella Claire.  I’ve been keeping things very simple around the house as the past few months have been a time for change and reflection. With the death of my Grandmother, the very rapid deterioration of my mother and some health concerns,  I am appreciative of all the beauty that surround us.

I took a lot of time off during the Summer from work so we could move my mom and say goodbye to my grandmother.  With that comes so much stress behind the scenes. It made me take a step back and realize things will not be around forever and neither will we be around to enjoy all the wonders of life.  It made me put work aside for just a bit and enjoy every moment with my family.

Devoting most of my summer to  family makes you realize what really matters in life. A child’s hug, compassion, a simple I love you, choosing happiness and most importantly making time count.

My love for nature, neutrals and texture reflects in this years vignette.  The simplicity of it all makes me happy.

With new seasons and new transitions it makes you grateful for all that has blessed us in life. I’m grateful for my amazing family, beautiful friends, a roof over our head, food on the table and the fact that my 14 year old proudly grabs my hand and walks with me!  It’s the little things!

Hopefully you can use this printable in your own home and come up with something fun.  Download your free printable right here or click on the graphic below.

  1. Your printable is a pretty addition to a simple fall display. But your message here is the best part of all. I’m so sorry to learn of all the troubles that you have been having….but to see that through it all it has brought a little bit of perspective about what is important is very special. So many times, when tragedy strikes those moments of knowing what really matters are the first to go. You’re in my thoughts Kristin!
