Welcome to Inspire Me Monday! We had a beautiful weekend filled with family and friends. I’m feeling pretty good heading into the week with just a few last-minute things to get done and work on our Christmas Eve party. Kids aren’t too busy with work so hopefully we can all get out and create a few more memories for 2023. I’m working on a quick little getaway for us up to the local mountains so they can ski for a few days.
This is the last year they are all home so I’m cramming it all in. And when I say that, they all 3 might be leaving in the fall for school, definitely 2. As a parent, you think of the day each one will leave 1 at a time but you never think they would all go at once. Our oldest 2 transfer after 2/3 years here locally at Junior College for their last 2 years at a university and our youngest may be headed out as well, so crazy. Time truly flies by!  I can’t wait to see what you have for this week’s link party, wishing you a wonderful week ahead!

Calypso In the Country is sharing her beautiful traditional home all dressed up for the holidays, I love her kitchen!

My Wee Adobe is sharing 2 ways to make beautiful Velvet Christmas Ornaments! I’m done crafting for this year but I would love to try these next year.

How fun are these melted snowman bark from Organized Island. My kids would have loved these when they were little!

I updated a 2011 post with some new pictures of the first Christmas ornament I ever posted on the blog and people went crazy for it. The old ugly picture are still my number 1 reference on Pinterest during the holidays, It’s so funny. Epsom Salt ornaments!
