Large marshmallows
Mini candy canes
Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in  2 minute intervals, whisking vigorously.
Crush some (not all) of the candy canes finely and place them in a bowl

Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate covering half of the marshmallow. Roll them into the crushed candy canes and place 1 whole candy cane on the top, pushing through in the middle.

  1. Kristin, I just bought a bag of marshmallow and candy canes for my Snowman Sundaes and I’ll never need all of them. It’s like your were reading my mind as I was thinking how I could used them for another easy treat. I LOVE them!!
Do you have any idea how long they keep? Just wondering how far ahead I can make them up.
