Camping Getaway
What a fabulous time we had camping. I don’t think we could have asked for better weather, Santa Barbara is just beautiful, I’m thinking a little getaway for just Ray and I is in order, who wants to take the kids? (just kidding)
Because this song seemed fitting for a camping trip and well it is one of my favorites.
The water was a little, OK, a lot on the chilly side but it didn’t stop the kids from going in.
So fun to watch the kids entertain themselves with football, baseball, bikes and walks, no tv, no games just family time!
Grayson was so excited to rev the engine on Uncle Johns Harley.
The Smore’s were a big hit every night.
I have to say for camping we managed to eat pretty well.
You make camping look so fun Kristin! Steak, lobster, beautiful views and a huge campfire? That’s the way to do it. Although after you posted those “glamping” pictures last week, I may have to bring a mattress and nice comfy bedding if I ever do this with my family! Glad you had a wonderful time….your boys are so adorable!

that’s how I would like to do camping. Glamping is all the rage in the UK right now (glamorous camping!). Did you use a campsite or just pitch somewhere nice?

What fun! I grew up camping with my family, and let’s just say…we didn’t eat that good! LOL Beanie Weenies anyone? Yuck!

I LOVE camping. We did it all the time growing up.
I think kids just eat that up. I however miss the bathroom!! But I would still do it:)
