Thrift Store Frame Makoever

Did you know today is National Thrift Store Day, really it is!  In honor of the day, a few of my blog friends and I decided to have a little fun with it. The challenge was to create, repurpose or just get creative with a thrifty find.  When I came across this awesome frame for $5 I knew exactly what to do with it.  The boys bathroom has wainscoting and a beachy feel and this frame was calling for a spot on the wall.

I found some spray paint in the garage that said it was for plastic but the fine print said it works perfectly on wood.  I was happy because there was no sanding involved!

I added a few black and white pictures from when the boys were smaller, they love looking back on pictures of themselves! (So does mom)

That is awesome! Looks like something out of Pottery barn that would cost a fortune. Great job!

Beautiful Kristin! I completely agree with Debbiedoos. It looks very high end. Beautiful transformation. I love the black and white photos and how fun that the boys like to look back when they were little. Enjoy your week!

Such a pretty makeover. The frame looks so much better in white and is the perfect addition to your boys’ bathroom.
