Welcome to Inspire Me Monday, so glad you are joining in this week! We had a beautiful time at the beach, it is exactly what our hearts needed. Something about the beach that puts an inner calm when I find it so difficult to shut off my brain. A beach trip sounds so good about now. The ocean breeze and sand between my toes have been beckoning. I can relate to how it calms the mind and nourishes the soul. Glad you had a nice trip!
