Keto Tuna Cucumber Bites

  • 1 Large cucumber
  • 1 4oz can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup Cup avocado mayonnaise
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • Optional Salt and Pepper


  • Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, and scoop the seeds out with a spoon
  • Combine the tuna and mayonnaise in a small bowl, and stir well. You may add some fresh dill here, or just opt to use it as a garnish. Add in your salt and pepper if you desire
  • Fill each cucumber half with the mixture, and sprinkle some fresh dill on top.

*Optional: Cut each stuffed cucumber in half.
