Keto Air Fryer Ham

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 - 3 Pound Spiral cut ham
  • 1/2 Cup Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar free honey
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees
  • Add the Swerve, dijon, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and black pepper to a saucepan over medium heat, and simmer until thickened. Remove from heat, and allow to cool for a minute or two.
  • Line the air fryer basket with tin foil, and place the ham in the center.
  • Brush ⅓ of the glaze over the ham, and then close the ham tightly in the tin foil. Place into the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover the ham, and brush on another ⅓ of the glaze. Cover tightly in tin foil again, and return to the air fryer for 20 more minutes.
  • Remove the tin foil, and brush on the remaining glaze. Return the ham to the air fryer for 3-5 more minutes uncovered until glazed nicely. Make sure to keep an eye on the ham the last few minutes.
