Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees
Add the Swerve, dijon, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and black pepper to a saucepan over medium heat, and simmer until thickened. Remove from heat, and allow to cool for a minute or two.
Line the air fryer basket with tin foil, and place the ham in the center.
Brush ⅓ of the glaze over the ham, and then close the ham tightly in the tin foil. Place into the air fryer for 20 minutes.
Uncover the ham, and brush on another ⅓ of the glaze. Cover tightly in tin foil again, and return to the air fryer for 20 more minutes.
Remove the tin foil, and brush on the remaining glaze. Return the ham to the air fryer for 3-5 more minutes uncovered until glazed nicely. Make sure to keep an eye on the ham the last few minutes.
