Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Appetizer

Over the weekend I need a super quick and easy appetizer recipe. My friend Nikki suggested a Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Appetizer. Sounded good so I jumped in the car and hoped for the best at my local Albertson’s.

Ingredients:

  • one package of cream cheese
  • a bottle of raspberry chipotle sauce
  • some crackers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place cream cheese on plate.
  2. Pour sauce over cream cheese let it drizzle down the sides.
  3. Serve with a variety of crackers.

Seriously, I don’t think there is an easier and more  delicious recipe that i can whip up in less than a minute! It  is sweet, savory and packs a little kick, perfection!  With the holidays coming up, it will be your favorite go-to appetizer, promise! Thanks Nikki!!

  2. This reminds me of the cream cheese topped with chunky salsa that I used to make and serve with thick tortilla chips. Super simple and super yummy. I miss Albertson’s since moving from California but I’ll definitely be on the look-out for this sauce. Sounds yummy.

  3. Also really good with Red Pepper Jelly, I love it with the flat dipping pretzels, I usually heat the cream cheese in the microwave on 50% for about 90 sec. yummo!

  4. I’ve never heard of that sauce – I’ll have to keep my eye out. One of my faves is pepper jelly over cream cheese with Ritz. Oh man, sooooooo good!
