Welcome to Inspire Me Monday, hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a beautiful day spending the afternoon with family sharing what we were thankful for, creating memories and of course lots and lots of laughs. My sister in law and niece cooked all day creating the most amazing vegan meal. I know, where is the turkey, I’m all about the sides so It isn’t missed. I was especially thankful I was able to bring my mom with us and she was able to stay for a majority of the time. She has her good and bad days with the Parkinson’s and dementia but thanksgiving was a GREAT day! The kids were not happy going back to school today but I assured them in a blink of an eye they will have Christmas vacation and we can create even more special memories!
