Feel free to send me an e-mail at
After linking up for the umpteenth time at your weekly party, I wanted to express my gratitude for your blog and your willingness to host this great assembly of inspiration.
I am a decent blogger, can hold my own as a writer, and make a mean gooey cinnamon bread. But it turns out I’m tragic at promoting myself and my etsy (affordable vintage bling and surprises). Would it be okay to send you a goodie package with uncommonly sliced suburbia inspired vintage bling? No strings attached. No obligation whatsoever from you. It would be a friendly gift because I think you’re swell and have high hopes of spreading more love for vintage in blogland.
Thanks for every consideration, and I hope you’ll send your shipping info so I can spoil you a little!
Best to you, lovely lady.
Hi I saw your amazing kitchen on Pinterest! I can’t seem to find it on your blog, it says the links do not work. Is there a link you can provide for me to view your progress?Thank you so much!
I just wanted to thank you for sponsoring the sandwich board giveaway from Daune. I received it today and I love it. I also dropped her a note of thanks. I will be doing a post next week on all the goodies I have received – I was a lucky girl in March!.
I have been following you for a couple of years now and I just love you, you are amazing and I look forward to your blogs everyday. Your kitchen is beautiful! My question is your countertops, it looks like a tile countertop and I was wondering if you could give me some information on it? I would like to do the same instead of buying a whole new piece which I know would be very pricey. Do you have step by step info on it? I would appreciate it so much. I am from a Chicago suburb and wish you could come here and redo my house! Thanks so much and Happy Easter!!!
Hi I’m trying to get on your email list and I can’t accomplish this.
Could you please let me know how.
Hi Kristin! I was trying to show my husband the adding height to your kitchen cabinets project, but can’t find the link. Is that one of the WordPress switch issues?
We are about to begin a kitchen reno, and I would love to have my cabs go all the way to the ceiling like yours.
Hi, I uninstalled your blog on my blogroll, and then re-installed it. BUT!!!! The thumbnail was GINORMOUS, so I uninstalled it and tried again. It’s still VERY LARGE. So I uninstalled it. Let me know when the kinks are worked out, and I will put it back in my list.
Am I the only one with this problem?????
Culd you solve a mystery for me?
Go to my blogroll on my sidebar. Look at how HUGE the thumbnail is from your blog as opposed to every other one on the list. The last one was equally enormous.
Any idea why this is happening? It’s weird!
Hello – I love your kitchen! Our kitchen is almost identical to your “before kitchen”. We’re trying to find someone to hide our exposed hinges, it looks like you guys changed the exposed hinges on your cabinets to hidden ones. What kind of hinges did you use and where did you get them? Our contractor doesn’t believe that it’s possible but I’m not so sure since it looks like you guys did it. Thanks a million!!!! Heather
Hey Kristin, I have the same desk/bookshelf unit and I want to start painting it this weekend. I was trying to find how you did it. Did you have to prime it? Did you have to do a lot of sanding? I’m not very experienced at this so any help you can give me, I would really appreciate! Thanks for the inspiration!
Do you have a spam problem on this site; I also am a blogger, and I was questioning your situation; we have created some good strategies and we are looking to trade solutions with other folks, be positive to blast me an e-mail if planning to pursue.
