Cabbages and Roses Giveaway

If you know me you know I love fabric,
call me a fabric junkie.
Secretly, I have always had a major crush on this particular pattern from
I was ecstatic when  the lovely Samantha contacted me to see if I would like to help celebrate the launch of Cabbages & Roses new line for Moda Fabrics. Did you know C&R fabric is available in the U.S.!   The line is a vintage-inspired collection of florals, stripes and motifs, it is just beautiful!

When my fabric arrived in the mail I was so excited to get to work!  Samantha sent me a yard of my ultimate favorite and some samples of their solid pink and blue.
I have wanted to make an apron for awhile now and had the perfect fabric to work with!
(Sorry for the cutoff, feeling a little blah lately)
I added some lace trim for that extra vintage feel.

The quality of the fabric made it a breeze to work with because the weave is so tight.

I was hoping to get a apron tutorial up for you but my oldest is sick so I had lots of cuddle time instead.  I promise the tutorial will come soon and maybe just a little something extra for you with my leftover fabric!
As for today, one of you will be receiving a yard of this fabulous red fabric, perfect for the holidays fast approaching!

Of course,
Samantha is throwing in a square of my ultimate favorite!
